GM OWNER LOYALTY CREDITS

General Motors has announced the return of its GM Owner Loyalty. For a limited time owners of certain GM & Non-GM vehicles are eligible for credits of up to $1,500 towards select new GM vehicles. Credit amounts vary by current vehicle owned as well as the new vehicle being purchased. TERMS AND CONDITIONS LOYALTY BONUS PROGRAM

ELIGIBLE INDIVIDUALS: Current owners and/or lessees of a Discontinued Brand, or any vehicles 1999 MY or newer may qualify for the Loyalty/Discontinued Brand Program. The individual does not need to trade in their vehicle or terminate their lease to receive the Loyalty/Discontinued Brand Program. The individual does not have to be the original owner or original lessee to qualify. The vehicle must have been registered and insured (in Canada) in the customer’s name for the previous consecutive six (6) months. Dealers must keep a copy of the Vehicle Registration (plated portion for Lessee) on file in the Deal Jacket for verification purposes (of the current owned/financed/leased GM vehicle AND of the NEW vehicle purchased/leased/financed). Select customers may receive a direct mail communication for this offer from General Motors of Canada and be placed on a leads list in Dealer Direct. If a customer comes to the dealership based on this communication and no longer owns the eligible vehicle we will still honour the offer as long as the other guidelines set out in this HOL are met (i.e.: expiry date, eligible purchased vehicle etc. For audit purposes please keep a copy of the direct mail communication or a print out of the lead in the leads list in dealer direct. Eligible Owners can only use this offer once for each eligible vehicle in their possession and no more than one Loyalty/Conquest Owner Bonus amount may be used towards the purchase/finance/lease of a single new eligible vehicle.

Discontinued Models

Offer applies to eligible current owners or lessees of any Pontiac/Saturn/SAAB/Hummer/Oldsmobile model year 1999 or newer car or Chevrolet Cavalier, Cobalt, HHR, Avalanche, Aveo, Epica, Orlando, Optra, Tracker, Uplander, Venture, Astro, Blazer, Jimmy, Trailblazer or GMC Envoy, Safari or Buick Rendezvous, Terraza that has been registered and insured in Canada in the customer’s name for the previous consecutive six (6) months. Credit valid towards the retail purchase or lease of one eligible 2016 model year Chevrolet/Buick/GMC/Cadillac delivered in Canada between February 2 and February 29, 2016. TRANSFERABILITY

FAMILY: Eligible individuals may transfer their Loyalty/Discontinued Brand offer to another immediate family member residing in their household (i.e., immediate family member living at the same address), as supported by appropriate documentation (i.e., a copy of driver’s license verifying the address). Immediate family member is defined as: parents, siblings, children, spouse, partner or in-laws (Note: ‘Step’ family members are included). INDIVIDUAL TO BUSINESS: Eligible individuals may transfer their Loyalty/Discontinued Brand to a business that they own. Proof of relationship and business documentation is required (i.e. a copy of business incorporation papers, license for operation or other proof of business ownership). An individual may not transfer this offer (s) to an immediate family member in his/her household and then to the principal owner of a business. BUSINESS TO INDIVIDUAL: If the vehicle is registered to a business or company, the Loyalty/Discontinued Brand may be transferred to the principal owner of the company as long as proof of relationship exists (i.e., documentation showing that the individual holds majority ownership of the company). A company may not transfer this offer to the principal owner and then to an immediate family member in their household. The transferability is between the principal owner of the company and the company itself. BUSINESS TO BUSINESS: If the vehicle is registered to a business or company, the Loyalty/Discontinued Brand may be transferred to a second business or company if the Principal Owner is the same for BOTH companies and as long as proof of relationship exists (i.e., documentation showing that the individual holds majority ownership of both companies). The transferability is between the first Company A (where the customer is the principal owner) & Company B (where the customer is also the principal owner).

PLEASE NOTE: All documentation supporting the Loyalty/Discontinued Brand transfer must be included in the deal jacket.
