The appointment was for 830 but had to wait around till 845 till they would even take my keys. Pretty discombabulated first thing in morning, but found out from Chris they had internet issues that really slowed the service bay. Finally they made me line up behind a truck he was going to move, NO KEY. So he took my keys and I left from there. Overall Great experience at Taylor AutoMall. My car had a gas leak that was covered by a special recall warranty. They were completely open and honest about costs that I could have to pay out of pocket if it wasn't parts covered in the special warranty causing the leak. It was parts that were covered, but my gas lines are rusting so I was informed that I may have to pay close to 1000 dollars to replace the lines if they broke during the fix due to the rusting. This for the most part was a positive experience! I had an exceptional purchase with 4 Toyo Tires ! Took a few hours longer than expected but it was a Very Busy Friday and Staff did their Best ! I have been dealing with Greg Kendrick and his colleagues at Taylor's Auto Mall almost a decade and the service I have recieved and continue to receive is beyond reproach. As recent as this past week when their service came to my place, picked up the vehicle, did an oil change and returned the vehicle. Now that is what I call looking after a customer ! Chris was really lovely and sweet despite it seeming to be a busy/stressful day there when I got my oil change done. The door latch on my Trax wasnt connecting properly, leaving the door loose and making it difficult to lock the doors. I just stopped into Taylors, expecting to have to make an appointment for service, but Jim took a look, and within 5 minutes, had the situation fixed with no charge, and me back on the road, feeling a LOT more secure! Purchasing a car with Taylor AutoMall was a great experience. I called inquiring about a certain car which was not available at the time but was held for me when they knew one was coming in. Brendan, Trenton, and Jan were excellent to deal with. Wonderful customer service.. so much so that my partner brought his Mother in to purchase a car as well! Several months ago I had a small issue with my 2019 Chevy Equinox. I had contacted two dealers in the surrounding area and was told that they were booked up and could not help at this time. Can't say enough good things about my experience with Taylor Auto Mall. I found myself in a position unexpectedly to need a new vehicle at the worst time with low inventory and shortages. There was nothing in my area and most dealers weren't as helpful. Matt Lakins in sales from the first phone call spent two hours on the phone with me. Never bought a NEW vehicle before but just bought a silverado 1500 from them last week. Im not brand loyal so i shopped around but ended up at Taylor automall. Greg was very helpful and knowledgeable with any questions i had. In the finance office they werent pushy on selling any extras and warranties just gave me the options on what it was and how it would effect the cost if i said "yes" great if i said "no" thats was the end of it no unnecessary sales pitches. Extremely happy with our new toy! Sean Burke has been very attentive and is so knowledgeable. He kept us in the loop and updated with any changes. Not like the old days when you could walk in and try one on for size. I would also like to mention it is not the dealerships fault that the chips are not available right now and that we will need to return to have them installed. I have nothing but amazing things to say about Scot Whaley and the team he leads in the mechanics department! I bought a used 2018 "non GM" vehicle from Taylor in Aug 2021. Unfortunately, I found out the vehicle was plagued with serious mechanical issues. I was worried that I might get a runaround from Taylor on these issues but it was the complete opposite. Not only did Taylor willingly take care of the issues, but because I had just bought the vehicle from them with these issues they covered the cost.
