"New Comments". On a recent visit to have my new Jack installed I forgot my coffee mug. I called and asked for someone to find it (if they could) and put it aside. I arrived the next day and was greeted with the usual friendly smile and greeting and my mug was safely waiting for me. Taylor Automall and staff are simply the best and they take care of the little stuff too!!

Update: I was recently at Taylor's for a warranty matter with the emissions syst and I received the usual above average customer service. I must comment ,howver on Rob Henderson. He is an excellent representative of Taylor's and adds an extra effort to not only explain the repair but also keeps u current on what is happening with parts and back orders.
